• Able to read/generate blueprints, drawings and technical diagrams.
• Proficient in GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Lead DFMA initiatives and drive manufacturing engineering across projects.
• Mentor junior manufacturing engineers and coordinate work with design teams.
• Oversee material planning, resource planning, and production line capacity.
• Solve complex technical problems to keep design, development, and production moving forward.
• Ensure process qualification and product qualification processes are followed.
