Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience with process improvement, production support, and root cause analysis.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing operations and troubleshoot production issues.
• Analyze production processes, cycle times, downtime and OEE.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Lead continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Support production staffing and operational planning activities.
• Monitor and improve quality performance through data analysis and corrective actions.
• Facilitate daily production meetings and communicate priorities.
• Collaborate with quality, maintenance, production, and leadership to resolve manufacturing challenges.
• Develop and maintain standard work instructions and process documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and company standards.
• Evaluate processes and recommend improvements to equipment, tooling and workflows.
• Use data-driven decision making to improve performance and efficiency.
• Support new product introductions, process validations, and manufacturing changes.
