Job summary

Annapurna AI Systems Manufacturing, Quality and Reliability is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to own DFM, DFA, DFT and automation across accelerator cards, baseboards, and rack programs. You will work between hardware design, component suppliers, and ODM process engineers to ensure manufacturability and robust automation.

You will drive tolerance analysis, component land patterns, and fixture development, aiming for high yield and scalable production.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in mechanical/electrical/manufacturing/industrial engineering.
• 7+ years in manufacturing engineering for high-volume electronics or server hardware.
• Experience with SMT/PCBA and supplier validation against drawings.

Responsibilities

• Own DFM, DFA and DFT reviews before drawing release and NPIs across modules.
• Perform tolerance stack-up and GD&T to achieve Cpk ≥ 1.33 at volume.
• Reconcile supplier specs with drawings and resolve conflicts.
• Design process margins for solder paste, retention, and passage for automation.
• Lead automation and metrology strategy including SPI/AOI/AXI/ICT.
• Develop versioned DFM rule sets for cross-generational reuse.
