Qualifications

• Experience validating cutting, forming, bending, welding, powder coating, and injection/extrusion molding equipment.
• Ability to perform qualitative and quantitative analyses on throughput, yield, and energy costs.
• Experience building CapEx cost models and supporting vendor RFQ processes.

Responsibilities

• Validate equipment specifications to meet production goals.
• Conduct analyses of cycle times, yield, and energy costs to prove value propositions.
• Provide throughput data to support CapEx cost modeling.
• Collaborate with vendors to design and integrate automated production lines.
• Lead or support equipment installation, commissioning, and testing, including on-site evaluations.
