Anduril Industries in Ohio is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to shape the manufacturing design for Anduril's Missile division. You will ensure highest production quality and support development and implementation of new products across programs.

This role requires relocation to Costa Mesa for a 3‑month training program, with housing and transportation provided. You will manage DFx, tooling, process creation, supplier collaboration, and thorough hardware documentation for scalable

Qualifications

Degree in a technical field such as engineering, math, or a hard science.
5+ years in manufacturing or similar prototyping position.
World‑class mission assurance, quality, attention to detail, and dedication.
Genuine interest in manufacturing and thirst for learning.
Experience manufacturing hardware via machining, fabrication, soldering, assembly, etc.
U.S. Citizen Required.

Responsibilities

Execute manufacturing from prototyping through full-scale production.
Collaborate with design engineers to implement design for manufacturability.
Own documentation for hardware production, MBOMs, work instructions, requirements.
Advise on quality management and business applications in manufacturing.
Coordinate with internal customers to meet capacity and demand.
Analyze metrics for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
Foster innovation, teamwork, and accountability within the team.
Develop production and test methodologies to scale capabilities.
Travel to suppliers and partner sites for sourcing and issue resolution.
