Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to shape the manufacturing design for the Missile division and to ensure the highest production quality across programs. The role covers DFM, tool design, process creation, vendor collaboration, and documentation for hardware production.

This position requires relocation to Costa Mesa for a 3-month training program, with housing and transportation provided during the stay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in engineering, math or hard science.
• 5+ years in manufacturing or similar prototyping.
• Experience delivering hardware in resource-constrained environments.
• Experience physically manufacturing hardware (machining, fabrication, soldering, assembly).

Responsibilities

• Guide DFx and manufacturability during design to prototype to production.
• Own MBOMs, work instructions and requirements for hardware production.
• Collaborate with design engineers and manufacturing planning teams to meet capacity and quality goals.
• Travel to suppliers for sourcing and process improvement and issue resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement through cost reduction and efficiency gains.
