Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer in Burnet, TX to join the Manufacturing Engineering team. You will lead continuous improvement efforts, manage data-driven analyses, and support capacity and quality improvements for specialty chemical containers used in semiconductor manufacturing.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, robust change control, and problem-solving using structured tools to sustain manufacturability and optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of process equipment.
• Experience with stainless steel hazardous material vessel design, valving, orbital welding a plus.
• Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and data analysis.
• Experience with Minitab a plus.
• Ability to lead cross-functional project execution and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement projects with cross-functional teams following change control processes.
• Apply SPC tools to identify proactive and reactive opportunities for improvement.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventative actions.
• Maintain process documentation, BOMs, routings, and ERP master data.
• Collaborate with CQE and customer teams to support audits and reporting.
• Mentor personnel in problem-solving, data analysis, and process standardization.
