Aditi Consulting is seeking a skilled engineer to join the ME group, supporting production processes and process improvement initiatives. The role involves 30% office and 70% shop floor work, testing and validating improvements, and collaborating with operators to maintain processes.

Candidates should have 5–7 years of experience, a Bachelor’s in engineering preferred, and hands-on CNC, grinding, and automated cell development skills.

• Bachelor’s in engineering preferred but will consider comparable experience (5–7 years if no BA)

Responsibilities

• 30% office & 70% shop floor; support PCN, test and validate process improvements; work with operators on maintaining processes; prepare reports and process review documents.
• Prepare and review systems and reports to track process improvements and performance.
