Job summary

Cintal, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer (CNC & Machining) to develop and optimize CNC manufacturing processes and support production activities. This role requires strong knowledge of CNC programming, GD&T, and lean improvement methods.

You will collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met while contributing to cost reduction and cycle-time improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/process engineering.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Experience with process optimization and continuous improvement.
