Responsibilities

• 30% office and 70% shop floor support for PCN, testing and validating process improvements
• Work with operators to maintain processes and prepare reports and process review documents
• Collaborate with quality, operations, and design teams to validate new processes and improvements
• Support daily manufacturing operations and be a key team member reporting to the Engineering Manager

Job description

Part of the ME group supporting production processes and process improvement initiatives

Typical task breakdown:

• 30% office & 70% shop floor. Supporting PCN, Testing and validating process improvements, working with operators on maintaining processes, preparing reports and process review documents.

Interaction with team

• Support daily operations in the manufacturing process
• Work with quality, operations, and design teams to validate new processes and process improvements.

Team Structure

• Key member of the team supporting production processes, reporting to Engineering Manager.

Work environment

• Office and Manufacturing floor

Education & Experience Required

• Years of experience: 8-10
• Degree requirement: Bachelor in engineering field preferred but will consider comparable experience. (8-10 years if no BA)
