Job summary

Aditi Consulting is seeking an experienced engineer for a role supporting production processes and process improvements. The position involves significant shop floor work and collaboration with operators to maintain and optimize manufacturing processes.

The candidate should have 8–10 years of engineering experience, a Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred), and strong communication and analytical skills. CNC programming and automated cell experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s in engineering preferred; comparable experience considered.
• Strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or machining environment.

Responsibilities

• 30% office, 70% shop floor; support PCN and testing of process improvements.
• Collaborate with operators to maintain processes.
• Prepare reports and process review documents.
