Job summary

The role requires a Bachelors in Industrial/Systems or Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of experience, willingness to work off-hours, and the ability to lead troubleshooting, validation, and technology transfer into mass production.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (US) and 5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with automated production equipment, process improvement, RCA, deviations and CAPA.
Knowledge of quality management systems, pick-and-place systems, and assembly automation.
Familiarity with CAD software and industrial programming tools for manufacturing.
Ability to lead improvement plans, support validation, and transfer new products to mass production.

Responsibilities

Lead development of improvement plans for capacity expansion and new production systems.
Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for critical equipment.
Collaborate with production, equipment builders, development groups, and quality teams.
Promote new technologies and trending practices in manufacturing automation.
Coordinate technology transfer and validation activities for new products.
