Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (U.S. equivalent) with five years of relevant experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and improving automated production equipment and processes.
• Ability to lead upgrades for capacity expansion and new production systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of improvement plans for automated assembly processes.
• Support validation activities and technology transfer of new products into mass production.
• Collaborate with production teams, equipment builders, and quality department on performance improvements.
• Lead and participate in RCA and CAPA activities to minimize downtime.
