Hayward Holdings Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing/Process Engineer to design, improve, and support final assembly operations at the Rhode Island facility. You will lead cross‑functional teams, drive capital projects, and ensure product quality throughout NPI and lifecycle.

The role requires 5–8 years in manufacturing/ process engineering, 1–2 years of leadership, and familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma. A strong background in AutoCAD/SolidWorks and ERP (D365) is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering or related field with strong manufacturing and systems experience.
• 5–8 years of Manufacturing or Process Engineering experience.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience.
• Masters degree or higher is a plus.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing techniques and Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead and support final assembly operations and work cells at the RI facility.
• Coordinate with Production, CI, and Quality for daily readiness and Gemba.
• Identify, execute, and manage process improvements and cost savings.
• Recommend capital projects for new technology and equipment.
• Oversee capital expenditures and project timelines.
• Collaborate across design, test, and change management to maintain quality.
• Develop routing times and support New Product Introduction.
