You will lead product and component failure investigations, perform root cause analysis, and develop CAPA to improve reliability and reduce warranty issues. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in EE/CE field.
• 3+ years in failure analysis, reliability or quality engineering.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Hands-on testing and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical components.
• Experience with RCA, CAPA, APQP, and reliability testing.
• Strong analytical and technical communication skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, CAD, or PLM is a plus.
• Shainin or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead failure investigations and identify root causes using methods like 8D, Fishbone, and FMEA.
• Conduct product teardown, testing, inspection and failure analysis.
• Develop and implement CAPA to prevent recurring failures.
• Analyze field and warranty data to identify trends and systemic issues.

• Support the transition of new and improved products into production.
• Present technical findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement across product development and manufacturing.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands‑on engineer who enjoys solving complex technical problems, investigating product failures, and driving improvements that directly impact product performance and the customer experience.

In this role, you will lead product and component failure investigations, conduct root cause analysis, develop corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and partner across Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Technical Service to improve product reliability and reduce warranty issues.
