Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Seven years of manufacturing operations experience in a highly automated environment.
• Direct supervision of production associates and managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant operations, including production, staffing and performance.
• Develop strategies to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Collaborate with leaders on demand/capacity planning and manufacturing strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement and major plant initiatives.
• Oversee GMP compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Lead on-site operations leadership for Columbus facility.
• Manage capacity to ensure adequate production.
• Foster empowerment and positive operating environment.
• Partner with HR and business leaders on policy and staffing.
• Participate in budgeting, strategic planning, and safety initiatives.
• Support procurement, logistics and warehousing when needed.
• Perform other duties to support business needs.
