Responsibilities

• Lead the plant leadership team and report to the plant manager.
• Participate in strategic planning, budgeting, quality initiatives, and HR policy.
• Oversee on-site production leadership focusing on productivity, safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Drive capacity planning and use of technology to improve performance.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and supplier/logistics coordination.
