Becton, Dickinson, and Company (BD) in Franklin Lakes, NJ, seeks a Sr. Director of US Manufacturing - SM to lead multiple US sites, drive capacity planning, cost improvements, and end-to-end supply chain performance.

The role partners with global functions to deploy a long-range strategy for optimized manufacturing operations. The role requires 15+ years of ops leadership, plant management experience, and a proven track record in Lean manufacturing and change management.

Formación

• Minimum BS/BA required; Engineering concentration preferred.
• MBA preferred.
• Fifteen years direct experience in operations leadership, including developing and executing operations strategies.
• Plant Management experience required. Experience leading multiple facilities required.
• Demonstrated ability to drive transformational change and cost improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Translate BU/Platforms strategy into a global Integrated Supply Chain strategy.
• Foster continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, delivery, and manufacturing best practices.
• Drive lean thinking/manufacturing concepts across functions and end‑to‑end value streams.
• Lead BD Excellence program across the manufacturing network.
• Drive targeted performance in the Integrated Supply Chain end-to-end.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Leaders to implement creative solutions for business needs.
• Ensure capex strategy with global functions for long-term BU growth.
• Oversee network optimization including sterilization and logistics.
• Mature Digital Roadmap to achieve Cost, Cash and Services targets.
• Develop talent pipelines and ensure succession planning.
