Job summary

Becton Dickinson is seeking a senior leader to drive development, deployment and industrialization of manufacturing equipment and processes for the Specimen Management unit. You will bridge product development and manufacturing, turning NPI and design changes into scalable manufacturing solutions across sites.

Success is measured by on-time execution, improvements in OEE, COGS reductions, and compliance with GMP, ISO and FDA requirements.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering; 10 years of engineering and process development experience in regulated manufacturing.
• Medical device industry experience; up to 25% domestic/international travel for site integration and supplier FAT/SAT.

Responsibilities

• Develop equipment and process technology roadmaps aligned with site priorities.
• Define URS and equipment specifications for manufacturing, safety, quality and regulatory needs.
• Lead multiple capital equipment projects from concept through design, FAT/SAT, installation, validation and production launch.
