Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
• 3+ years in manufacturing engineering, process development, or related roles.
• Experience transitioning electromechanical products to production.
• DFM/DFMA and production tooling knowledge.
• Structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and BOMs.
• Lean/Six Sigma training or experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing activities for new drone products from prototype to production.
• Develop plans, flows, layouts, tooling strategies, and readiness criteria.
• Provide design-for-manufacturing feedback during reviews.
• Coordinate prototype, test, and validation builds.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation to closure.
• Quality and continuous improvement through data-driven methods.
• Collaborate with design, QA, supply chain, and suppliers.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
