Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is desired.
• Proven work experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and experience with financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficient in using accounting software and ERP systems (SAP).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Thorough understanding of cost accounting principles and experience in cost analysis.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the company's financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory valuation, cost accounting, and fixed asset management.
• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and variance analyses.
• Perform cost analysis to identify areas of cost savings, improve profitability, and optimize production processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
• Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, procurement, and sales, to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and facilitate effective communication.
