Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the company's financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory valuation, cost accounting, and fixed asset management.
• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and variance analyses.
• Perform cost analysis to identify areas of cost savings, improve profitability, and optimize production processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
• Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, procurement, and sales, to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and facilitate effective communication.

Milkco is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to join our team at Milkco. As a Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and accounting functions of our organization. You will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
