Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience supervising accounting functions including AP, AR, and payroll.
• CPA or CMA preferred but not mandatory.

• Manage standard costing, job costing, and inventory accounting processes.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
