Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years managing a financial/accounting department.
• Three years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to analyze financial statements and identify issues.
• Experience in cash management and capital planning.
• Experience in the corrugated industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the financial activities of the facility by establishing and maintaining effective fiscal procedures and controls, analyzing performance and recommending actions to maximize financial return.
• Ensure accurate books and records in accordance with GAAP and compliance with policies and practices; ensure timely processing of financial duties and reports.
• Direct the preparation and analysis of annual strategic and capital plans, monthly results, trends, capital projects and forecasts.
• Manage the finance staff day-to-day, including financial transactions, analysis and staff development.
