Job summary

Qualifications

• CPA certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Significant accounting experience with prior controller-level roles.
• Strong manufacturing cost accounting experience required.
• Experience overseeing AP, AR, and invoicing in ERP environments.
• Excel and financial analysis skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
• Manage a team of about four accounting professionals.
• Improve workflows and leverage ERP/automation to boost efficiency.
• Oversee manufacturing cost accounting, inventory, and standard costs.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with CFO and PE ownership on reporting and initiatives.
• Support audits and tax requirements.
