Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Project Manager to support large-scale construction projects. The ideal project manager will be driven to provide our clients with excellent service.

The role involves managing stakeholders across design, engineering and supply chains; tracking milestones; ensuring governance and best practice are applied; and producing status reports to keep programs on track. On-site work is required and there are opportunities across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
• Strong organizational and management skills to work with the broader team.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore and construction PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Verify effective project governance, processes and systems are utilized.
• Ensure application of best practice on all projects.
• Produce formal project status reports and other required reports.
• Forecast and update key project milestones and budgets.
