Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on leading large-scale construction programs, coordinating stakeholders, and maintaining governance and cost controls.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years in project management, a relevant Bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with Procore and MS Office. On-site collaboration with cross-functional teams is required to deliver compliant projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale construction projects.
• Knowledge of project governance, reporting, and controls.
• Bachelor's degree in CM/CE or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Ensure effective project governance and use of best practices on all projects.
• Produce formal project status reports and other required reports.
• Monitor multiple construction projects to ensure design standards are applied correctly.
• Forecast and update key project milestones and manage design teams.
