Tundra Technical Solutions in Troy, MI is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Applications Engineer to lead engineering, reliability, integration, and modernization of manufacturing and enterprise application services. The role works across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, ERP/SAP, and third-party teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in application engineering or related enterprise tech roles.
• Experience supporting manufacturing and enterprise apps in multi-site environments.
• Ability to lead global technical support, service improvement, and transitions.
• Strong IT service management practices including incident, problem, change, release, and SLA management.
• Expertise in application architecture, interfaces, and cloud services.
• Experience with monitoring, observability, automation, and security controls.
• Knowledge of MES/MOM, ERP ecosystems (SAP), and integration with manufacturing ops.

• Own delivery and support of Manufacturing and Enterprise Applications.
• Ensure availability, performance, reliability, and SLA compliance.
• Lead Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Service Management.
• Manage global L1/L2/L3 support and cross-functional technical teams.
• Collaborate across Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, Network, ERP/SAP, and vendors.
• Drive automation, AI/GenAI, observability, and modernization initiatives.
• Lead application transitions, operational readiness, and hypercare.
• Partner with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and IT stakeholders to drive outcomes.
