Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is hiring for a senior AMS delivery lead in the United States. You will own end-to-end manufacturing application lifecycle delivery, ensuring SLA/KPI adherence across L1–L3 support and managing a portfolio across SAP ERP, MES, CAD/PLM, and quality systems.

You will drive continuous improvement through automation and AI/ Ops monitoring, lead a team of application managers and SMEs, and partner with onboarding and transition efforts while maintaining regulatory

Qualifications

• Requires ownership of end-to-end AMS delivery across manufacturing apps.
• Experience with SAP ERP/ECC and MES/shop-floor systems.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and governance cadences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AMS delivery across the manufacturing application lifecycle.
• Manage portfolio health across SAP ERP/ECC and MES systems.
• Lead CAD/PLM and engineering tooling delivery and integration touchpoints.
• Support quality/metrology systems central to regulated manufacturing.
• Oversee environmental monitoring systems in controlled environments.
• Drive service improvements via automation and AIOps.
• Lead staffing, capacity planning and skill development.
• Serve as escalation point for manufacturing business and IT stakeholders.
• Produce portfolio-facing SLA/KPI dashboards and metrics.
• Partner with transition/knowledge teams during onboarding or scope changes.
• Identify value-add initiatives to reduce TCO.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks like 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485.
