Job summary
Novo Nordisk seeks a skilled IT/Engineering professional to ensure reliable operation of local manufacturing applications at the Clayton, NC site. You will drive improvements in process-control systems to meet customer, business and regulatory needs, focusing on people, equipment and standards.
You will coordinate upgrades, train staff, and lead large cross-functional projects to enhance manufacturing performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or 8+ years) in IT/engineering with process-based manufacturing/packaging experience.
- Knowledgeable in PAS-X, POInT, PLC and SCADA.
- Proven project management experience with ability to drive initiatives to completion.
- Lean/Six Sigma methodologies knowledge and application.
Responsibilities
- Ensure reliable operation of local manufacturing applications and improve process control reliability.
- Lead and manage large projects involving specified application solutions.
- Coordinate software upgrades and releases to applicable systems.
