Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a skilled professional to assist in operation, maintenance and system management of process control systems at our NC site. You will collaborate with the Manager to ensure uptime targets and drive process improvements across the FFEx expansion team.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and implementing improvements while upholding CGMPs and safety standards. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 8+ years automation/controls experience.
• Pharma/biotech experience preferred but not required.
• Strong troubleshooting across PLC/SCADA/HMI systems.

Responsibilities

• Support troubleshooting during process downtime and improve uptime.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain control system hardware and software.
• Develop maintenance procedures and implement changes with quality controls.
• Coordinate with production schedules and external vendors for upgrades.
• Train colleagues on system operations and safety practices.
• Adhere to CGMPs and company Change Management standards.
