Job summary

Triumph Integrated Systems, located in Forest, Ohio, seeks a Senior Accountant to manage daily manufacturing plant accounting, cost accounting, inventory valuation, and monthly close. You will provide financial insight to plant leadership and corporate finance while supporting audits and process improvements.

The role collaborates with operations and cross‑functional teams to ensure data accuracy, strengthen internal controls, and drive cost‑reduction initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, manufacturing preferred.
• ERP & systems proficiency with strong Excel skills.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Infor Syteline experience is a plus.
• Prior audit experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements under GAAP.
• Oversee cost accounting including standard costing and variances.
• Manage inventory accounting and cycle counts.
• Perform month- and year-end close activities.
• Analyze manufacturing variances and report to plant management.
• Assist with audits and internal controls improvements.
• Collaborate with operations to drive cost reductions.
