• 3+ years of manufacturing or cost accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of inventory accounting, COGS, and cost allocation methodologies.
• Experience with standard costing, job costing, or process costing.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Infor.
• Strong month-end close and financial reporting experience.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
• Ability to explain cost variances and provide operational insights.
• Experience partnering with manufacturing or plant operations teams preferred.
