Job summary

Joined Alloys is seeking a highly skilled Manual Machinist with strong mill and lathe experience to support precision manufacturing operations at Leading Edge Manufacturing's Phoenix facility. This role requires setting up and operating conventional machining equipment and producing high-quality components and tooling to engineering specifications.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of hands-on manual machining, reads complex blueprints with GD&T, and demonstrates strong fixture design,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on manual machining experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T requirements.
• Experience designing fixtures and tooling.
• Skilled in precision measurement and maintaining tight tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual mills and lathes.
• Machine precision parts from various alloys.
• Read drawings and work instructions to manufacture tooling and fixtures.
• Inspect parts with micrometers, calipers, indicators, and gauges.
• Troubleshoot machining and fixture issues to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams on improvements.
