Ameri-Force, Inc. is seeking a skilled machinist to set up and operate manual mills and lathes, including a horizontal boring mill, with strong blueprint interpretation and precision manufacturing experience.

You will lay out work, inspect parts, maintain records, and follow safety rules. The role requires 2–3 years machining experience; HS diploma or GED, and the ability to work on site in Texas.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 2–3 years of machining experience required; 3+ years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of machine tooling materials and shop mathematics.
• Reciprocating compressor experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate manual mills and lathes, including a horizontal boring mill.
• Read sketches, blueprints, and engineering details.
• Lay out work and produce quality parts.
• Inspect finished parts and maintain production records.
• Follow safety procedures and keep tools sharp.
• Assist in maintenance and move finished products as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
