Dmiparts, a precision metal fabrication and machining company, is seeking an experienced Machinist to set up and run manual and CNC mills and lathes, producing aerospace-grade parts with tight tolerances.

You will plan, program, and run complex jobs from raw stock to finished parts, reading blueprints and GD&T, and operating Doosan, ProtoTRAK, and Fanuc controls on a range of equipment. This is a full-time, on-site role in Emmaus, PA.

Formación

• 5+ years in a machine shop.
• Ability to run complex, high-precision jobs independently.
• Fluent reading of blueprints, GD&T and specs.
• Proficient with CAD/CAM and CNC programming.
• Read and interpret complex drawings and technical specs.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and run manual and CNC mills and lathes from raw stock to finished part.
• Plan the work by interpreting drawings and GD&T callouts.
• Hold tight tolerances and inspect in-process and final parts.
• Program and improve CNC programs to reduce cycle time and scrap.
• Manage tooling and fixtures; perform routine maintenance.
