Interactive Government Holdings, Inc. (IGH) in Ohio’s Columbus area seeks a Manpower and Financial Analytics Subject Matter Expert to guide workforce planning, manpower analysis, and financial analytics for the Ohio National Guard Office of Human Resources.

The SME develops analytical models and dashboards, integrates data from multiple systems, forecasts impacts of funding changes, and advises senior leaders on staffing and readiness priorities, ensuring compliant, timely decision support.

Qualifications

• Lead manpower studies and workforce analyses to determine current and future personnel requirements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports covering authorizations, assignments, vacancies, strength, and labor costs.
• Integrate personnel, position, organizational, and financial data from multiple systems; document data lineage and business rules.
• Produce forecasts, scenarios, trend analyses, and risk assessments of policy and funding changes.
• Advise leadership on manpower utilization, resource allocation, affordability, and readiness impacts.
• Support budgeting and execution by developing personnel-cost estimates and spend plans.
• Establish data-quality controls and ensure timely, accurate executive-ready products.
• Translate complex findings into clear briefings and visualizations for technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Coordinate with finance, operations, and program offices to resolve data issues and align workforce plans.
