Job summary

GVI Inc. seeks a Financial Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Charleston, SC to lead mission-critical DoD BI, data analytics, and program management initiatives for NIWC Atlantic.

You will guide complex BUS-FM activities, provide financial decision support, and supervise multidisciplinary teams across DoD projects. The role focuses on advanced analytics, budgeting, and enterprise reporting to strengthen operational readiness within the Navy's C5ISR programs, with a strong emphasis on DoD

Qualifications

• 18 years of hands-on experience in business and financial management.
• Experience in three of: systems requirements, operational requirements, data analysis, test & evaluation, and training.
• 20 years of extensive DoD/DoN BUS-FM direct work experience with leadership in policy interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Advanced business and financial analytics.
• Enterprise reporting and dashboard development.
• Financial reviews and budget analysis.
• Metrics development and performance assessments.
• Lead the execution of DoD BI and analytics programs for NIWC Atlantic.
