You will act as the primary advisor, coordinating financing, treasury and advisory services while driving growth and maintaining strong risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years' experience in Commercial Banking, Relationship Management or Sales.
• High School Diploma or GED with 12 years' experience in Commercial Banking, Relationship Management or Sales.
• MBA preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of middle market companies with revenues typically $100MM to $1bn.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager and trusted financial advisor, providing financing, cash flow management, and growth guidance.
• Source, originate, and close new commercial banking relationships through proactive business development.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive banking solutions including lending, treasury, and wealth management.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify risks, implementing mitigation strategies.
