Your Role And Responsibilities

As a senior managing SAP consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner responsible for selling, leading, and implementing offerings with deep understanding of SAP systems. You will act as a trusted business advisor, collaborating to provide innovative solutions for complex business challenges, with a strong understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent. Your projects will involve integrating strategy, process, technology, and information to enhance effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve shareholder value. You will participate in business development activities and contribute to proposal development. Opportunities to acquire new skills, work across disciplines, and understand various industries are available. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Strategic SAP Solution Leadership: Leading the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions that are simple, scalable, and maintainable, aligning with client needs.
• Team Delivery Leadership: Managing high-performing teams of SAP consultants to deliver quality work on time and within budget.
• Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging functional SAP expertise and latest technologies, following industry best practices.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Hands-on SAP Configuration expertise in SAP Production Planning, with 5-7 end-to-end implementations as a Consultant or Solution Architect.
• Multiple SAP certifications and expertise across SAP modules, especially in Production Planning and Contract Manufacturing processes.
• Experience in designing and testing integrations with CMO, MES, and LIMS systems.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and its applications.
• Leadership and project management skills, including planning, resource management, and delivery within scope, time, and quality standards.
• Knowledge of AI models, cybersecurity, and data privacy principles.

This job can be performed from anywhere in the US.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Familiarity with Cloud Platforms such as IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management.
