Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the United States is seeking Managing Consultants with an engineering mindset to lead Digital Engineering initiatives for Aerospace & Defense. You will drive strategic direction, oversee operations, and propel performance across client engagements.

The role requires strong MBSE/MBE and digital twin expertise, 50-75% travel, and a track record in delivering transformation programs within Capgemini Invent’s Intelligent Industry practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting at a leading firm (7+ years) and/or industry roles (10+ years).
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Aerospace, Computer Science), Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong AI/GenAI maturity to enable internal work efficiency and drive client conversations around the topic.
• Strong understanding of PLM, MOM/MES, ERP, and MBSE solutions (business value, vendor landscape, capabilities and limitations).
• Hands-on experience in MBSE, Model-Based Enterprise (MBE), digital twins, and digital threads.
• Ability to define strategic analyses and provide actionable recommendations for transformation initiatives.
• Travel is required per 50-75% dependent on client need.

• Deliver consulting engagements to solve clients’ toughest problems and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Assist business development by identifying opportunities and forming partnerships.
