You will drive strategic direction, operations, and performance across the A&D practice, shaping growth, profitability, and client value with data-driven, AI-enabled transformation.

Qualifications

10+ years experience in consulting or industry roles.
Proven delivery of major engineering or software initiatives with measurable impact.
Strong AI/GenAI maturity to enable internal efficiency and client conversations.
Deep knowledge of PLM, MOM/MES, ERP and MBSE solutions.
Hands-on MBSE/MBE, digital twins and digital threads.
Ability to define strategic analyses and provide actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities
