Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Manager with an Engineering mindset to lead Digital Engineering initiatives for the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) sector. This role shapes strategic direction, oversees operations, and advances performance across Capgemini Invent’s Intelligent Industry practice.

You will drive growth, profitability, and innovation by translating complex engineering challenges into transformative programs, leveraging MBSE, PLM, and digital twin capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting or industry experience.
• Experience delivering major engineering/software initiatives with measurable impact.
• Strong AI/GenAI maturity to enable internal work efficiency and client conversations.
• Strong understanding of PLM, MOM/MES, ERP, and MBSE solutions.
• Hands-on MBSE/MBE, digital twins, and digital threads.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consulting engagements to solve clients’ toughest problems and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Assist in expanding Capgemini’s presence by identifying opportunities, developing partnerships, and achieving commercial success.
• Participate in shaping practice strategy, help develop teams, and ensure operational excellence.
