Capgemini Invent seeks a Senior Manager with an engineering mindset to lead Digital Engineering initiatives for the Aerospace & Defense segment. You will drive strategic direction, operations, and performance across the practice, focusing on growth, profitability, and innovation in a data-driven, technology-enabled environment.

The role requires 10+ years in consulting or industry, strong MBSE/MBE, PLM/ERP experience, and a track record delivering impactful engineering programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting at a leading firm (10+ years) and/or industry roles (10+ years).
• Experience delivering major engineering or software initiatives with measurable impact.
• Strong AI/GenAI maturity to improve efficiency and drive client conversations.
• Strong understanding of PLM, MOM/MES, ERP and MBSE solutions, including business value and vendor landscape.
• Hands-on MBSE, MBE, digital twins and digital threads expertise.
• Ability to define strategic analyses and provide actionable transformation recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consulting engagements with measurable outcomes and client growth.
• Assist in expanding Capgemini's presence by identifying opportunities and partnerships.
• Shape practice strategy, develop teams, and ensure operational excellence within Capgemini Invent.
