Job summary

Entergy Louisiana seeks a Senior Real Estate leader to create, implement, and sustain workplace strategies for the corporate headquarters portfolio. You will lead a team of contractors delivering facility management and capital project management services across multiple business units, promoting innovation and well-being in the work environment.

Responsibilities include developing design standards, managing capital budgets around $25M and O&M around $2.4M, and advising business unit leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required and 10+ years in project management, corporate real estate or related field (or 14+ years without degree).
• Master's Degree or BS in engineering, construction management, real estate, architecture, or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic and tactical workplace design standards and oversee project development plans and budgets.
• Manage relationship with business unit management and advise on facilities, space allocation, and service levels.
• Coordinate capital project planning and manage project implementation with contractors.
• Oversee facilities management contractor staff and track goals to ensure service delivery.
