Job summary

Vanguard in Malvern, PA is seeking a Senior Analyst, Operations Analytics to shape business strategy through data-driven insights. You will partner with senior leaders across Operations, Client Experience, Product, and Technology, tackling ambiguous problems and moving beyond traditional reporting.

You will define the right questions, connect insights across the organization, develop recommendations, and influence decisions.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of analytics, BI, strategy, or related experience.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
• Experience using data to develop insights and actionable recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication to senior leaders.
• Ability to build relationships and influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to frame problems and determine data-informed decisions.
• Lead high-impact analytics from problem definition to results measurement.
• Connect operational and client-experience data for a complete business view.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities before they become problems.
• Translate analyses into clear executive recommendations and narratives.
• Develop measurement frameworks and trusted metrics for performance.
• Collaborate across Operations, Product, Technology, and Client Experience to influence strategy.
