Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the National Client Support Services within Wealth Management Middle Office in the U.S. The role focuses on guiding a team of managers, driving end-to-end process improvements, and collaborating across Money Movement, Onboarding, and Client Review areas to support client servicing and excellence.

The candidate should bring 12–15 years in operations management, strong leadership, and experience with process reengineering and performance

Qualifications

• A college or university degree and/or relevant proven work experience.
• 12–15 years of operations management experience, preferably in Trust or Wealth Management.
• Experience managing teams and multi-functional departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of managers within WM Middle Office.
• Drive end-to-end process design and performance management programs.
• Coordinate with front, middle, and back office to execute strategic initiatives.
• Manage staffing, disciplinary actions, and career development.
