Qualifications

• Proven ability to improve workflows and establish scalable processes in a professional services or financial setting.

• Experience with CRM platforms and financial planning tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and develop scalable processes; implement policies and internal controls.
• Manage account openings, maintenance, registrations, transfers, closures, deposits, withdrawals, and client updates with accuracy.
