Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking a Senior Manager, Retail Consultancy to lead Walmart-focused client programs for a major CPG account. You will partner with Strategy, Analytics, Creative and Client Leadership to drive planning, project delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates bring 7–9 years of retail marketing experience, proven leadership, and strong PM skills. This role requires a commutable distance to Cincinnati for hybrid work. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related field
• 7-9 years’ experience in retail marketing or experience with assigned retailer
• Experience leading and developing others
• Proven Project Management experience
• Strategic thinking in the development of Shopper Marketing programs
• Sound decision making skills based in industry knowledge
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Work with internal cross-functional teams to develop strategies, concepts and tactics
• Manage the implementation of key client projects
• Build strong relationships with assigned retailer client contacts
• Manage execution of approved programs through team
• Identify retailer direct and manufacturer platforms
• Develop and manage project timelines and budgets
• Measure post-promotion results using data
