• Collaborate with Venue Operations to document issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Develop dashboards and KPI frameworks for real-time operational health and performance.

Who are we hiring?

The Senior Manager Business Operations will support the Venue Operations team in all aspects of the customer journey at the Las Vegas Sphere, including ingress, food & beverage, merchandise and guest services. Within each area, the Business Operations Senior Manager will support creation of playbooks, standardization of process and data-driven measurement of KPIs to ensure we are meeting commercial and experiential goals.

What will you do?

• Design, implement, and continuously improve cross-functional workflows
• Build and maintain operational playbooks, SOPs, and documentation for recurring Venue Operations processes
• Leverage data and insights to uncover improvement opportunities in the guest experience, lead the implementation of enhancements and monitor results
• Provide strategic and operational support for Food, Beverage, and Merchandise businesses including documentation of processes, analysis of business KPIs and customer feedback
• Partner with Venue Operations on documentation of operational issues and escalations, allowing for timely resolution and communication to stakeholders as needed
• Develop and maintain strong frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs that provide leadership with real-time visibility into operational health and business performance
• Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.

What do you need to succeed?

• 5-7 years of experience in Business Operations
• Demonstrated client relationship management and vendor management skills.
• Professional services and/or business operations experience preferred
• High degree of expertise in quantitative and qualitative business data analysis and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to produce timely, synthesized, easily understood reports, slide decks, and deliverables reflecting a high degree of critical thought.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule, prioritize, and manage numerous simultaneous projects
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively and collaboratively across different functions and levels in a matrixed organization
• Ability to work with a high degree of independence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.

Pay Range

$125,000—$180,000 USD
